My name’s Jemima and this is my publication, Horse Gurl.
What began as a quiet corner of the internet where you could come to read awkward and often hilarious horse stories has evolved to include true crime detective work in the world of equine scams.
And believe me, it’s not a plot twist that I saw coming…
Together with my scientific sidekick, Dr BriAnne Addison – we are working on a whole host of new equine investigative articles – and the best way to stay tuned is with our biweekly newsletter here.
Who am I?
During my career, I’ve mainly concentrated on marketing… but when it became apparent that writing was my (real) jam – I just couldn’t figure out how I could make it work.
No normal publication would employ me because I say fuck and shit (a LOT) and I’d rather write about hilariously huge helmets than pedigrees or the same 6 people winning all the things 🙄
So I thought I’d just start my own little online publication instead 🤷♀️
So here we are…
